Duties:
oAdminister a fiscal program that includes payments for general operating expenditures and benefit programsoServe as a subject matter expert on all aspects of fiscal and accounting activitiesoProvide management and operating officials advice and assistance on all financial mattersoFormulate, present, and execute the station's budgetoAdvise station management on the availability of fundsoMaintain an integrated computerized accounting system using the principles of double entry, self-balancing set of booksoEstablish internal controls to assure that public funds are handled in accordance with applicable lawsoAnalyze financial records and controls to determine the degree of financial efficiency, economy, and effectiveness of the programoAdminister a program to ensure prompt and accurate payment of employee salaries, benefits, and awardsoSupervise employees in operations and accountingoDetermine training needs of staffoInterview and select candidates for vacant positionsoAdvise, counsel, and instruct subordinate employees on work and administrative matters Work Schedule:

Applicants who are/were current Federal employees and have held a GS grade any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade requirements.
For a GS-12 position you must have served 52 weeks at the GS-11 level.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
