Your JobThe Power Plant Maintenance group in Muskogee, OK has an opening for a full time Maintenance Scheduler/Material coordinator who will help promote Asset management and Reliability in the Power Plant as related to all aspects of Maintenance Excellence.
The shift is 6:
00 am - 2:
00 pm to include overtime, weekends, on-call, and holidays as business conditions require.
The pay for the position is a range of $24.

Our TeamGeorgia Pacific located on the Kerr-McClellan Navigational Channel (Arkansas River) on about 640 acres of land, the Muskogee consumer products operation spans across approximately 70 acres (or 2,900,000 square feet) of manufacturing and warehouse space are under roof employing approximately 830 employees.
We are the second largest employer in the Muskogee, OK area and 45thin the state! Our non-union facility operates on 12-hour shifts, 7 days per week, 365 days per year; housing 2 of the 13 largest tissue machines in the world and paper machines that produce an average of 900 tons of paper per day.
Our converting team has the largest population of employees at 340; producing approximately 100,000 cases per day and more than 2.
4 million finished product cases that are loaded and shipped from this mill each month.
Our finished product consists of a mix of 40% Retail and 60% Commercial.
What You Will Do Prepare schedules planned and preventive maintenance, work orders to maintain areas, compile costs, and manage backlog completion Weekly WO priority meetings with equipment owners Manage approved, ready for approval, work in progress WO backlog Assign resources in SAP planning board Coordinate, purchase material for all emergency break in work Examine materials received, verify part numbers, and check on discrepancies, such as damaged or unmarked parts, shortages, or overages Communicates with customers to verify delivery of materials, parts and equipment Compiles and maintains material inventories to expedite movement of materials between storage areas according to predetermined maintenance schedules and work order prioritiesWho You Are (Basic Qualifications) High School Diploma or GED Two (2) or more years of Mechanical or Electrical Maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military or construction environment Effective and demonstrated oral and written communication skills that demonstrates knowledge sharing capabilities Experience with Microsoft Office Software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook Experience in maintenance parts, materials, and processes in facility maintenance and mobile equipmentWhat Will Put You Ahead Experience in leadership ability in the following areas:
judgment, responsibility, critical thinking skills, initiative and sense of urgency necessary to generate the greatest contribution Experience with organizational and time management skills Two (2) or more years of SAP experience around WO Backlog, Issuing contract recs, and Scheduling board Three (3) or more years working at within a Power PlantFor this role, we anticipate paying $24.
13 - $36.

This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
