Orkin Pest Control is currently looking for individuals for our Termite Technician position. This is an entry-level position that could develop into something much more. Prior pest control experience is a plus; however Orkin is rated by Training Magazine as one of the 125 Best Training Companies. We know how to train. This position is ideal for the candidate that wants to be a part of a rock solid company providing a valuable service to customers.

Successful candidates will have good communication skills, the ability to learn our business and have excellent customer service skills. Candidates must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check including a drug screen and physical.
The successful Candidate Will
Be responsible for Termite work. Technicians will follow a daily schedule, insuring timely arrival at each stop. (A company vehicle is provided.) They will explain the steps and procedures to be taken in providing the service to our customer. Conduct a thorough interior and exterior inspection of the building to be treated, conducting final inspections, and discussing the scope of services provided to the customer.
We are looking for someone that is not afraid of getting their hands dirty. Someone that is willing to work hard, learn a new trade and take care of our customers.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
